PASV：利用しない
LISTコマンド：利用する

/ユーザーデータ保管パス
/server/users/ユーザー名/html/

/MySQL設定
ホスト：localhost
ユーザー名/パスワード：FTPと共通
データベース名：ユーザー名と共通（一部例外あり）
